The service
The platform provides tools for professional account interactions and content planning. Capabilities depend on plans, team permissions and channel authorisation, and may change under platform policies. The service is in early launch and uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
User responsibilities
You must be authorised to connect accounts and manage their data, and comply with Meta, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google and applicable rules. You are responsible for messaging consent and reply content. Spam and messaging outside permitted windows are prohibited.
AI and sending
The assistant can make mistakes. Review suggestions before sending and monitor the settings and results of any automated sending you enable. Suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include 15% VAT; each plan's limits are shown before you subscribe. The trial lasts 14 days, the subscription renews for the period you choose (monthly or annual), and you can stop renewal at any time. An electronic tax invoice is issued for every payment, and refund details are shown in the subscription terms before you pay.
Violations and ownership
Accounts violating these terms, channel policies or applicable rules may be suspended. Users retain ownership of their content while authorising processing needed to deliver the service under the privacy policy and respecting third-party rights.
Governing law and updates
Saudi Arabian law governs these terms. Legal owner details, contact and dispute procedures and effective dates must be completed after owner and legal review.
