Who we are
The platform manages professional account interactions and content planning. The legal owner’s details and contact channel must be confirmed in the approved version before commercial launch.
Data and purposes
We process account and team details, uploaded files and authorised professional channel data, including messages, comments and metrics within granted permissions. These support the inbox, replies, reporting and content planning according to user settings.
Artificial intelligence
When the assistant is enabled, necessary conversation context is sent to Anthropic for suggestions or replies. Voyage AI may support semantic search when enabled. Customer data use for training or advertising is not announced; provider terms and settings must be confirmed in the final version.
Providers and data transfers
The current infrastructure includes Vercel for hosting, Supabase for data, authentication and storage, AI providers and connected platforms. Processing may occur outside Saudi Arabia. Locations, transfer grounds and retention must be documented under Saudi personal data protection requirements before approval.
Security and access
Access is restricted by organisation membership and team permissions. Instagram connection tokens are stored encrypted on the server and are not exposed to the browser. These measures do not guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Deletion scope depends on the account, channel and files. Disconnecting one channel does not delete other channels’ content or data on the original platform. Retention periods and backup deletion cycles must be confirmed in the approved version.
Data subject rights
Requests include access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of authorisation, subject to applicable rules and identity checks. End customers may contact the organisation they messaged. A privacy request channel must be approved before launch.
Google data and updates
Google data use and transfers must be reviewed against the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements. Updates and dates will appear in the approved version, with additional consent requested when needed.
